Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the team in our Orlando Corporate Office.
Position Overview
Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is growing! We are seeking a talented procurement specialist to identify sourcing needs, identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Procurement specialists must work closely with other departments within the organization such as finance, legal, training, construction, and operations to ensure that all procurement decisions align with the company’s goals.
The primary objective of a procurement specialist is to obtain goods and services for the organization in a cost-effective and timely manner. In addition to this, procurement specialists are responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased goods and services and minimizing the associated risks. They must strive to maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for the organization.
This is a full-time salaried position based at the Andretti Orlando Corporate Office.  This is not a remote position.

Qualifications
Required:
  •        Excellent communication skills: You will need to communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that the procurement process runs smoothly.
  • Negotiation skills: It is vital to negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Analytical skills: You will need to analyze market trends, supplier prices, and industry regulations to make informed procurement decisions.
  • Organizational skills: You will have to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously while ensuring that they stay within our company’s policies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Attention to detail: You must pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy when reviewing contracts, invoices, and procurement documents.
  • Recommended: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Understanding of Microsoft environments
  • 2-3 years experience in procurement
  • Light Travel will be required for this role
