Project Manager

This Senior Level Project Manager will own and manage all aspects of projects including schedules, budgets, profitability by working in close collaboration with teams from sales, engineering and production. Solar projects have similarity to automotive but are vastly different.

Duties:

• Manage a workflow using comprehensive software from project conception to close out. Including but not limited to submittal packages, specifications, manuals and warranty.
• Partners with the APA engineering and purchasing teams to ensure submittals are being completed on time and within the parameters of the sale.
• Owns the creation, and tracking of schedule and timelines; owns and partners with other Project Managers to secure subs, logistics, mobilization, materials, and resources.
• Continuously identifies risks to the projects and communicates them to the executive team in regards to the installation and schedule.
• Owns responsibility to ensure billing and other legal documents are completed prior to project start.

• Critical thinking while multi-tasking (position will have 15-20 projects in multiple stages)

Education / Experience:

• 2-3 years job experience or equivalent experience is required. Previous supervisor, project management type experience preferred.
