Your primary responsibility will be to lead technical projects from ideation to closure across our Collections and Risk tech stack, focusing on the money collections, risk, fraud with integrated tools. You will drive initiatives that provide transactional efficiencies such as payments and collections. The candidate should be a self-starter, eager to build relationships and deliver value to our stakeholders across Risk Operations, Customer Success and Experience Operations. This role provides the right candidate the opportunity to thrive and truly leave a mark in an entrepreneurial setting!We’d love to chat if you have:8+ years of experience delivering technical projects across Risk and Collections StackMust have: Peach Collections Tool or equivalent Collections, Payment Operations, Case Management and/or Risk Management platformsNice to have: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Chatbot platforms, Finance and other Support toolsProven project management experience Including:Leading and driving complex transformation projects, portfolios, and roadmapsDocumenting functional and non-functional requirements, and design / development of technical solutions that meet the business needsWorking with stakeholders to define and document business processes and systemsDeveloping and maintaining project plans and associated communicationsPerforming Proof-of-Concepts when neededLeading test preparation and executionTesting technical build to ensure functionality of solutions that meet the business needsProviding post Go Live supportA deep understanding of Payment operations and Collections business functions and strategy, processes, cross-functional hand offs and intersections with Customer Experience and Support systemsExperience providing general system support to business partnersExperience with Agile and SDLC methodologies Excellent teamwork, communication and ability to gain alignment across cross-functional boundariesAbility to challenge the norm and maturity to advocate for changes for the greater benefit of the businessBS/MS in Business, Computer Science or a related fieldNice to have:Service Cloud Administration experienceAdmin experience across other platforms (Coupa, Quickbase, Salesforce)The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
