Search Engine Optimization Reporting and Insights Senior Lead, Marketing Channel StrategyAbout this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Marketing Consultant on the Search Engine Optimization Team as part Cards and Merchant Services. It will be an analytics and reporting focused role on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team and provide reporting/analytic support for the SEO team. The SEO team is responsible for delivering innovative insights and strategies to attract and convert traffic from search engines, in alignment with business objectives.   This team performs consumer and competitive research, utilizes common industry-leading SEO tools, and partners with paid media, marketing, and business partners to create SEO strategies for 50+ web sites across the enterprise.Critical to success in this role will be an expert in SEO with the ability to understand and interpret/analyze data from multiple sources/tools in order to build requirements and work with analytic partners to produce leader dashboards and insights reporting.  It will be necessary for the Lead to have a firm ability to analyze & interpret data and understand visualization tools and ways to use data to create reporting & insight stories.In this role you will:Develop reports and oversee the buildout of reporting dashboards to support the SEO team, including defining reporting requirements, and integrating data from multiple internal, external and marketplace sources.Produce reporting/charts/graphs and other data visualizations to uncover insights for business lines implementing SEO.  These reports and insights will be used by SEO strategy consultants (colleagues) to develop SEO strategies for various internal partners.Partner with the Marketing Channel Sciences/Data & Analytics team who will build the dashboards/reporting, and with agencies to ensure accurate collection of data across various sources.Collaborate across businesses, marketing channels, vendors, and analytics partners to ensure SEO reporting is aligned and consistent across the enterprise.Create a long-term strategy for data visualization that will ensure SEO data/reporting continues to evolve.Create and maintain a roadmap of ongoing reporting enhancements and track implementation progress.Using data, uncover insights for opportunities to incorporate SEO and Paid Search strategies to improve performance through channel collaboration.Measure business impacts of SEO implementations and identify post-implementation areas of optimization and actionable insights.Produce compelling executive-level analysis/presentations and monthly/quarterly scorecards for senior leaders that are concise and easy to understand.Strategically engage with, and present to all levels of leadership across the company, serving as an expert advisor on SEO data and analytics.Required Qualifications, US:7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Expert level Search Engine Optimization (SEO) understanding and applied experienceDemonstrated experience in data/reporting to generate insights, scorecards, measurement frameworks, presentations, etc. for various internal audiences with varying levels of understandingExceptional data visualization skills to translate marketplace, internal and paid data into reporting and actionable insights, specifically Tableau or Power BIExperience creating recommendations to attract search engine traffic utilizing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.Exposure to paid search and an understanding of the dynamics of paid and organic performance and impactKnowledge and experience in banking and/or financial services industry highly preferred, but not requiredExceptional ability to create professional level slides/presentations with easy-to-understand KPIs and compelling storylinesAbility to think strategically with outstanding problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to thrive, manage and successfully execute several major initiatives/deliverables simultaneously and prioritize effectively in an environment which has a continual sense of urgencyExceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentations skills and ability to advocate and defend points of view to multiple levels and stakeholders of the organization (including senior leaders) in a manner that persuades, educates, and inspires actionAdvanced Microsoft Office skills with extremely high skill level in Power Point and Excel for the purpose of creating clear, effective visuals of complex data in a simplified mannerJob Expectations:Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.This role offers a hybrid work schedule.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Posting Locations:401 S Tryon St – Charlotte, NC 28202150 E 42nd St – New York City, NY 100171150 W Washington St - Tempe, AZ 852812700 S Price Rd - Chandler, AZ 85286-7804Required locations listed above.
