In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for content development—with a focus on SEO—execution, and maintenance for Salesforce. The role centers on our core topics of AI, Data, and CRM. Collaborating closely with the SEO team, this person will identify the most valuable keywords and devise a strategy to craft content around them, thereby attracting and engaging new audiences, and facilitating their progression to the next stage of the buying journey. The candidate will orchestrate the production process, aiding the team in generating compelling content, such as digital guides, articles, video scripts, and more. Using AI tools when needed, the individual's robust writing skills will ensure the content is both valuable and resonates on a human level. This position demands strong writing abilities, complemented by a blend of project management, marketing, and publishing skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a comfort level with technical terminology. The ability to envision the larger picture, formulate strategies, and actualize them is essential. Attention to detail is also critical, whether it involves tagging content correctly in a content management system (CMS) or identifying typos. The role calls for a collaborative spirit, problem-solving capabilities, innovative thinking, and storytelling prowess, coupled with a proven grasp of user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics. You should have a track record of developing content marketing programs and the capacity to unite partners to bring projects to fruition. ​Responsibilities:Content Creation: Writing and editing compelling content, applying AI as needed for speed but ensuring it is human. May also work on digital guides, blog posts, and more.SEO: Working closely with our in-house SEO team, staying up to date on SEO best practices, and using them in your content.Content Planning & Management: Develop, implement, and report on the content plan for Salesforce.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners to publish, extend, and connect content across channels.Project Management: Create and lead content project timelines, including the development of workback schedules and seeing those projects through to completion.Reporting: Analyze content data to identify trends and make actionable optimizations to reach and exceed our goals.Requirements:5+ years of experience in content marketing working across different content types and channels, with a specific emphasis on SEO.
