It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.Job Summary: As a Senior Data Engineer on the Digital Experience Monitoring team, you will take a lead role in architecting, implementing, and optimizing our data visualization and analytics capabilities, with a particular focus on leveraging the Nexthink platform. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the digital experience for our users by ensuring high-quality, actionable data is available to drive decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable data pipelines to ingest and process data from the Nexthink platform and other digital tools. Data Quality and Governance: Implement systems and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting, adhering to data governance and compliance standards. Analytics and Reporting: Develop and enhance analytics frameworks and reporting dashboards to provide insights into digital user experiences, utilizing the Nexthink platform's capabilities to the fullest. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technology product teams, user experience, servicing, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions that support the organization's digital experience objectives. Performance Monitoring: Utilize Nexthink and other monitoring tools to identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues, ensuring optimal digital experiences for users. Innovation and Optimization: Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data processing, analysis, and the overall effectiveness of digital experience monitoring. Qualifications:   Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of developing and managing large-scale data systems and analytics solutions. Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud data technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex issues and drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience in digital experience monitoring or related fields is highly desirable. Preferred Skills:   Strong experience with the Nexthink platform, including its data collection, analytics, and reporting features. Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
