As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing of the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix. Position: Nurse Supervisor - Shift: Nights (7:00pm- 7:30am) 36 hours weekly Experience: 1. 5 years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required. 2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred Education: 1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing. 2. BSN Required. 3. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. PA RN license required 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required 2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
