We are looking to fill Welding Fitter positions in the Struthers area, with the starting wage of $26.00 an hour. You’ll work with a global leader in the design and manufacture of equipment and components that support several worldwide industries, including metals, power, and pulp/paper. This full-time contract to hire position is for 1st & 2nd shift and provides a flexible work schedule.

Our Welding Fitter Role:
  • Must have at least 2-5 years experience in Fitting / Fabricating…not JUST welding
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Ability to perform floor layouts
  • Must be able to conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements.
  • Proficient in basic math calculations for measurement, dimensions and radius
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure accurate assembly
