This position can be located in Enid, Oklahoma.

Institutional Program Coordinator I - Z26A

Annual salary: $62,490.18 + Full state benefits

Job-related travel is Occasional.  Must possess a valid driver's license.

Work Schedule: rotating schedule including two eight hour shifts and two twelve hour shifts 

 

Saturday, Sunday 8:00AM – 8:00PM

Saturday, Sunday 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Two 8-hour shift during the week to round out their 40 hours.  Those hours are not set and can be negotiated.

Any hours worked outside of normal business hours (7 am - 6 pm) will receive shift differential pay.

Minimum Qualifications

 

a bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in public health administration, social work, nursing, guidance and counseling, or a closely related field, or working with children or adults in a treatment residential facility, or school setting for disabled individuals, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity;

OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of the qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

Note: There is no substitution allowed for the required two years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • The purpose is to deter and prevent abuse and neglect.  
  • Ensure that facility staff are following the Individual Habilitation and Behavior Support Plans as written.  
  • Respond to any accident or injury as well as serious behavioral incidents to ensure appropriate actions are taken.  
  • Responds to all immediate resident safety risks to ensure these risks are re-mediated. 
  • Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabilities. 

Preference may be given to candidate who has experience working in the Intellectual Developmental Disability or Mental Health fields.
