Continuous Improvement Lead

Summary: Seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead with a background in Lean Principles, RCA, Six Sigma and CI Roadmap.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of experience with continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment

• Experience as a facilitator of continuous improvement implementation and employee involvement

• Proven ability to develop and drive the CI Roadmap

• Experience in analyzing current work practices to identify areas for improvement

• Proven ability to drive functional projects, risks, issues, and benefits

Preferred Skills:

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a facilitator of continuous improvement implementation and employee involvement

• Develop and drive the CI Roadmap

• Analyze current work practices to identify areas for improvement

• Devise and test solutions for business and manufacturing process improvements

• Participate in Lean health checks

• Perform workplace audits and streamline processes within area of responsibility

• Ensure that process improvement initiatives are aligned to business requirements

• Implement standard work, visual factory, and error proofing (poka yoke)

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $28.00 to $37.00 per hour
