We primarily work with schools to provide staffing solutions for positions all throughout he schools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning disabilities, developmental delays, and other educational challenges.
2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to gather relevant information and insights into students' learning behaviors.
3. Analyze assessment data to provide accurate and insightful reports that guide the development of personalized learning plans.
4. Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations for effective interventions and accommodations.
5. Stay informed about current educational research and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance assessment and intervention strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
• Texas certification as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
