Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Contract SLP to join our team in Lovington, NM. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience in the field and a passion for helping students achieve their communication goals. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication disorders and difficulties.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment interventions.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current New Mexico state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as an SLP, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
