Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement? We are seeking skilled individuals for our Truss Assembler position. No prior experience? No problem! We are committed to training the right candidates.
About Us:
-We prioritize teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
-Assemble precut wooden parts according to instructions and blueprints.
-Move and position parts accurately.
-Verify dimensions for assembly accuracy.
-Utilize various tools like hammers, saws, and pneumatic nail guns.
Requirements:
-Physical ability to stand for 8-10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
-Willingness to learn and grow within a team-focused environment.
-Excellent work ethic and attendance.
