About Client:
Mann + Hummel is the global market leader in the area of filtration. Their products are used in many varied applications every day and around the world in motor cars, combine harvesters, compressors, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and in water treatment systems.
The MDC Plant is 1 of the 3 Mann + Hummel "plants" in Gastonia, NC. The MDC Plant is Warehouse, has been in the area 80 years is often referred to as Wix. Mann + Hummel makes air and oil filters at the Allen Plant and then they are all shipped down the street to the MDC Plant. The MDC Plant is where all product is stored. This is also where all product is pulled off the shelves (picked) and packed and shipped out to clients. This is a climate-controlled warehouse.

Order Picker (OP1): Responsible for reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING AN RF GUN.

Special Requirements or Call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.)
-Stand on feet for 10-hour shifts
-Walk up and down stairs
-Lift up to 50 pounds
-1-year experience in the warehouse is required
-2-week probationary period. Cannot miss any days the first two weeks or assignment will be ended.

If yes and it was through another staffing agency or through Mann + Hummel the company itself, they cannot return through Adecco.

Have you worked a 10-hour shift before?
Note: Please get a feel for the person by their answer. If they have worked a 10-hour shift and loved it, then yes, they will be successful on an assignment here. If they have NEVER worked a 10-hour shift and don't have a good explanation as to why they want to start working a 10-hour shift, they may not like it after the first day. There has been A LOT of turnover due to people not realizing how long a 10-hour shift really is. They "try" it and it does not work out for them.
-Can you work Monday - Thursday and some Fridays?
-Are you comfortable standing for 10-hours?
-Are you comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds?

-Do you have at least 1-year experience in the warehouse? (required)
-It is required that you have experience picking using an RF gun. Do you have experience using an RF gun? If not, please place this associate on the C Shift Stacker order. We can still use them for C Shift, just not picking.
-Do you have any vacations, or anything planned to come up within the next 30 days that you will need off? (cannot request off work the first 30 days, unless it's something that cannot be rescheduled)

C Shift: Monday - Thursday and some Fridays from 6:30pm - 5am.

Close toed shoes, no holes in pants, no tank tops, no dangly jewelry, face mask is required
Talent Factory Delivery & Overfill: (ex: Direct Send (offer accepted), Field Review (Internal Submission), Field Review w/onboarding (Internal Submission + OB) + any overfill needs (ex: direct send - overfill by 10)
CC can make the hire decision and send OB forms = Offer Accepted

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
