Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Contract Psychologist to join our team in Oroville, CA. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing comprehensive psychological services within the school setting. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and mental health needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' educational goals and accommodations.
  • Offer consultation and training to school staff on topics related to mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessment results, counseling sessions, and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current California licensure as a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience working as a Psychologist in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Hours: Full-Time, 30-37 hours per week
