This Janitorial Manager will oversee the nightly operations of a large cleaning crew focusing on engagement, growth and safety. 

Key Responsibilities

• Nightly meetings with crew to set operational plans and additional assignments based on site needs, staffing and work orders
• Provide direction and identify training opportunities
• Set safety expectations and ensure a safe and health working environment
• Assist associates with concerns and provide prompt feedback
• Oversee timekeeping, PTO requests and scheduling
• Use systems and tools in place to order supplies, conduct audits and track personnel matters
• Assist site manager with performance goals and provide daily communication 
• Provide additional support as needed including cleaning

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ Years of Applicable Leadership Experience

Hours: 

Onsite, 2nd Shift
