Job Description
W.B. Guimarin & Co Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Mechanical BIM operator with working experience in Revit MEP 2018 or greater, AutoCad 2015 or greater and Navisworks 2018 or greater.
- Must have working knowledge of HVAC, Piping and Plumbing systems to include how to review and understand Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Plumbing drawings.
- Must have ability to visualize, coordinate and create clash free design and demonstrate system build ability for the mechanical systems of a construction project.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical Systems and experience in MEP 3D Coordination/Modeling is highly preferred.
- An Associates degree in Applied Science or higher in Engineering Graphic Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Building Information Modeling preferred but not required as equivalent working experience will be considered.
- We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment.
