Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Physician Assistant or physician. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or conditions
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
