Bilingual Korean/English Human Resource Assistant

Peoplelink is looking for Korean/ English Bilingual Human Resources Assistant at a prominent client located near Troy, MI.

Bilingual Korean/English Human Resource Assistant Responsibilities-

• Assist the HR manager and management team with conducting Human Resources meetings

• Maintain employee records

• Process the payroll and expenses reports

• Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• administrative duties; data entry, filing documents, answering phone calls, process invoices etc.

• all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner

• Perform other duties if necessary

Bilingual Korean/English Human Resource Assistant Requirements –

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources Management

• 1-3 years of HR/ Payroll experience

• ERP software experience is plus – ADP, Peoplesoft, SAP etc.

• Existing knowledge of labor laws and managing HR functions

• Business-level of both Korean and English language skill is must (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Comfortable working in flexible schedule if needed

• Proficient in MS Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
