Pincanna is a vertically integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, retail locations in Kalkaska, East Lansing, Kalamazoo, Pinconning, and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to educate customers about our products. Budtenders must be helpful, courteous and be able to check out customers with extreme accuracy, verifying orders and identification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help educate and serve patients and customers so that each guest understands what strains and products best meet their needs.
• Enter customer and order information into POS, process payment, finalize order.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as state and local regulations.
• Keep all areas of the sales floor clean and clutter free throughout the day.
• Regular and punctual attendance and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a full understand of our rewards platform and encourage all customers to join our rewards program.
• Accurate cash accounting, cash handling skills and end of day balancing
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints with exceptional communication skills.
• Suggest product add-ons to customers on a consistent basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3+ years of cash handling experience and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach and move about the store with the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
