Maintenance Supervisor - Third Shift - Frozen Food Manufacturing - 1908878

Global food manufacturing company is currently in search of an experiencedMaintenance Supervisorto join its team within its heavily-automated frozen food manufacturing plant located inMemphis, TN.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee hourly maintenance technicians, focused on troubleshooting and repair ofautomated processing and packaging equipment, including electrical, controls, and mechanical repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor will have responsibility for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on the assigned shift, as well as related project work for new installations. This position will function primarily on theTHIRD SHIFT, with an anticipated schedule of 12:00 AM (midnight) to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• MUST HAVEat least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience from within afood or consumer products manufacturing plant, with at least2-3 years of supervisory experience. Experience within a frozen food manufacturing operation is strongly preferred.
• MUST HAVEexperience in a heavily-automated facility
• MUST HAVEa strong multi-craft background, includingpneumatics,automation, electronic controls (PLC / HMI systems), and electrical troubleshooting
• MUST HAVEexperience in continuous improvement, project and preventative maintenance planning
• MUST HAVEexcellent communication skills and a proven track record of hands-on leadership
• Must be flexible regarding schedule - this is a THIRD SHIFT / overnight position
• Strong computer skills will be essential, with knowledge ofSAPpreferred
• A four-year degree is preferred, but experience and a proven track record in the above bullet points will take precedence
