Activity Assistant

Generations of Red Bay is looking for an Activity Assistant to join our team' mission and believe in out guiding principles.

Come join our fun team and assist in providing as atmosphere of fin and engaging environment to our residents. The candidate for this position must have a desire to work with residents, be compassionate, caring, creative, and energetic. Your goal would be to provide daily meaningful activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing activities for residents
• Encourage resident participation in activities
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity areas
• Assist in maintaining activity equipment and supplies
• Assis in documenting resident participation in activities
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Qualification:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Must have a positive attitude and treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
