Industrial Electrical Foreman

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is now hiring Industrial Electrical Foremen to run work in Lynchburg and surrounding areas.

The Industrial Electrical Foreman position serves as an essential part of job site leadership and successful electrical system installs on our industrial projects. Our foremen are responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by promoting safety at all times.

Desired skills for this role include:

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
• 2+ years of job site leadership experience
• Great interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Exceptional leadership skills; dedication and patience are key
• Able to read and interpret all job site documentation with no supervision
• Ensure that installations are done per job documents and drawings
• Provide a safe job site for you and your team
• Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred skills:

• PLC install, controls, and troubleshooting experience
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet, Email
