Seasonal Housekeeper at Rancho Relaxo Resorts

Palm Motel and Cottages, Ashland, OR, is looking for seasonal part time housekeeper(s) to join our team, June through September MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.

3-4 days a week; up to 5.5 hours per day. Weekends are a MUST

Hours: 10 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (may fluctuate based on occupancy)

We are looking for responsible, positive, diligent, and reliable individuals

Teamwork oriented

Superior attention to detail and communications skills

Daily tasks include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests

Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment

Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs

Ability to work a somewhat flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

A professional appearance and good personal hygiene must be maintained at all times

Willing to perform other job-related tasks that may not be included in this job description

Must be customer service oriented and able to respond to guest-related questions or concerns in a timely, efficient and positive manner

Maintains a friendly, cheerful, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times with guests and fellow staff

The ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume/fast-paced atmosphere is imperative

Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person(s)

Benefits:After 90 days of employe, earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 30 hours worked, 25% family discount on stays (based on availability and at GM's discretion) .

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
