Customer Service Representative
Temp-to-Hire
Pay rate: $16-18/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Abilene, TX
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, polished, and organized individual to join their team.
As a Member of This Team:
- Serve as a liaison for the company, new and existing patients, and all referral sources by providing/researching insurance coverage and payment information
- Receive and coordinate all referrals
- Compose letters/memoranda
- Input data into computer programs
- Research information
You Will Need:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Medical experience is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
