In-home Professional Sales Professional - 170,000 plus potential

Integrity Heating & Cooling is looking for a goal-minded individual to meet and present our products to our customers.

A typical day includes 2- 3 prescheduled meetings with customers who have equipment that is not operational or they have contacted us for equipment replacement options.

Must have a great attitude, love dealing with clients and enjoy closing deals in a consultative environment.

Comprehensive training will be given to set you up for success! No technical experience in HVAC required.

Pay Scale: Base salary, Draw + Commissions. Compensation $170,000+ per year potential

Work Hours: Work hours are 9-5 but may vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years consultative sales experience with proven closing skills
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Ability to present using iPads, laptops etc.
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to work after hours and some weekends
• Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented
• Professional appearance & strong communication skills
• Clean, insurable driving record

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years' combined experience in retail and/or consultative sales
• Preference given to candidates with service industry sales experience
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Good writing skills
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
