Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room.
- Serve food and beverages in an efficient manner.
- Follow directions thoroughly.
- Deliver food promptly and professionally.
- Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.
- Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
- Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items.
- Communicates directly with back-of house staff to ensure that orders are delivered accuratey and special requests are accommodated.
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills and demonstrates the ability to get along well with others.
- Displays great personality.
- Remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff
