Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
- Able to pass AHCA Level II Background Screening
- Must have minimum of 1 year experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse completing skilled nursing visits to include OASIS and Medicare guidelines/COPs preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Must be able to commit to at least two (2) dedicated full working days (Monday-Friday)
- Valid drivers license
- Current First aid/CPR certification required
