Physical Therapist- Yates

Mozaic is searching for a Fee-for Service Physical Therapist to cover our Yates County Clinic. This position will provide physical therapy to ameliorate or limit a disabling condition through the provision of professional therapies. Services are provided to persons in Yates County who require such services to remain in or move to the least restrictive environment or because such services are unavailable or inaccessible in the person's community.

Qualifications:

• License and current registration as a Physical Therapist by the NYS Education Department.
• Experience with developmentally disabled- preferred.
• Experience with working with pediatrics- required.
