WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming phone calls for the Deliveries Department
- Provide support to Delivery Technicians in office and on the road
- Enter ETA's according to routes and time frames set by the Delivery Technicians
- Note patient accounts with information regarding their deliveries
- Dispatch and prioritize same day discharges and rushes
