Job Description
Pay range of $18.54 - $20.60 per hour.
Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this position is to perform administrative support duties associated with North Central Health Care Administration. The employee is expected to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Full Time 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period)
Education and Experience Requirements
Required:
Vocational/technical training in secretarial science and office computer applications.
One to three years clerical and administrative/management support experience
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel
Preferred: Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Adobe PageMaker a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team of North Central Health Care.
- Maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
- Maintain Administration files.
- Adheres to scheduled work hours with regular and predictable attendance.
- Answer incoming phone calls and directing them as needed.
- Greet each guest as they enter the building.
- Update resident room and room number directory.
- Manage resident trust fund account.
- Oversee the reporting of PBJ staff information.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies, ordering as needed.
- Updating the NCHC communications boards with any relevant information.
- Disseminate monthly patient satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain a current emergency preparedness manual.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned
