Your day to day as a Network Administrator

As a new Network Administrator at Technical Professionals Group, you can expect a dynamic role that involves managing and maintaining network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring network security. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring network performance, collaborating with team members on projects, and providing technical support to end-users. The position offers a mostly daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, but flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be required to handle system upgrades or address urgent network issues.

Requirements for this Network Administrator job

To excel as a Network Administrator at Technical Professionals Group, candidates should possess a minimum of 2+ years of network administration experience and expertise in supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure. Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and firewall management is essential for this role. The ability to provide client support within a Managed Service Provider framework is a key requirement. Strong experience in Windows Server operation, along with demonstrated skills in LAN/WAN integration, support, and monitoring, is crucial for success in this position.
