Great American RV SuperStores is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our stellar team as a Warranty Clerk at our mega-store in Helfin, Alabama! This dealership is conveniently located off of Interstate 20, 60 miles west of downtown Atlanta and spans over 30 acres to include premium brands such as Tiffin, Fleetwood, Jayco, Keystone, Heartland, Dutchmen, and many more. The facility will operate at a high level as it will also contain over 30 service bays to ensure we are able to provide a World Class Experience to our valued customers.

A Day in the Life as a Warranty Clerk with Us: If you have a passion for logistics and customer service, this is the team for you! This position works with our technicians and service writers to submit information to manufactures. The ideal candidate will have previous warranty experience in a dealership environment or medical billing experience with high levels of computer competency and organizational skills. Great American RV provides you with all the equipment and knowledge you may need. We also provide you with paid time off, a 401K, health insurance, dental, and vision.

Qualifications to be a Warranty Clerk:

• 1-2 years General knowledge of ordering both automotive and household parts is preferred
• High School degree or GED
• Able to navigate a computer, internet commerce, e-mail, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Pay Information: $15.00 Hourly
