Title: Junior Salesforce Administrator
Location: North Sioux City, South Dakota
Reports To: Vice President of Operations
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team to ensure our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by Salesforce and its installed apps. Junior Salesforce Administrator responsibilities include creating user accounts, creating, and maintaining permissions and role hierarchy, troubleshooting user and system issues, creating reports and dashboards, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce. You will work with a small team to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with administrative, support, and troubleshooting duties in Salesforce in a support position. Successful candidates should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a willingness to work in a team environment, and the ability to independently problem-solve issues in an integrated Salesforce environment with many interdependencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting issues
- Setting-up new users / user maintenance
- Basic platform customizations (fields, page layouts, etc.)
- Maintaining account permissions, including profiles and permission sets
- Role hierarchy maintenance
- Creating reports and dashboards
- Training new users on using Salesforce
- Creating and maintaining Flows
- Collating requirements for new processes in collaboration stakeholders
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or related qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Proficiency in generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
