Front Desk Office Coordinator

San Diego's premier private music school is looking for a full-time front desk team member to work at our San Marcos office. 40 hours per week and primarily based at our San Marcos location, 760 S. Rancho Santa Fe Rd, San Marcos,.

Really, it comes down to the pay not being great, at least to start. You will be paid $19.00/hour

Room for advancement. We are looking for part-time but this position can soon move into full-time if so desired!

Must have reliable transportation to travel between our San Marcos and Encinitas offices as needed.

Must be willing to work as needed at both locations, some nights and weekends required.

No music or music education experience is required.

SCHEDULE: (subject to change)

Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.*
Saturdays 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
*Sundays OFF


Some nights and some weekends are required during special events.

JOB DUTIES:


-Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, which sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).

-Great memory with the ability to remember lots of details.

-An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.

Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
-Registering clients
-Processing paperwork
-Cleaning
-Communicating with teachers, staff, and clients.
-Selling minimal retail/supplies at the desk.
*-Interacting with customers
