Maintenance Technician - Facility
Tasks
Job overview
The Maintenance Technician Facility is responsible for inspection and maintaining facility equipment.
Responsibilities
• Inspecting heat and air conditioning systems
• Handling basic electrical (e.g. lights receptacle, power support etc.) to complex 480V industrial electrical panel
• Maintaining plumbing for water hoses
• Maintaining tubing for air hoses
• Troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and HVAC
• Inspecting and maintaining company vehicles
• Installing new machines on facility
• Installing, moving and taking down of racks
• Building and property maintenance
• Following International Automotive Task Force quality standards – IATF 16949
• Team Work – working in a Team to fulfill daily production goals
• Escalation of issues to supervisor and manager
• Following Internal Quality Issues procedure – IQI
• Ensuring First in – First out
• Ensuring safety rules and policies are followed
• Housekeeping – 5S-Standard
• Other duties assigned
Job Requirements
Education requirements
• Work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment:
Minimum 4 years
Minimum 4 years
• HVAC certification preferred and plumbing experience required
