Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Vending Branch Manager to lead our vending team. The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving optimal client satisfaction by establishing a good working environment to attain all set objectives. To achieve this, the Branch Manager should run vending services of the company in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies. The Branch Manager shall introduce innovative solutions to continually upgrade the services to the client. The Branch Manager will have overall profit & loss (P&L) responsibility. The Branch Manager is responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit-making results for the facility.
Branch Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. Be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring profitability.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar executive role (Vending experience is a plus!)
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong conflict & complaint resolution skills
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Leads by example, demonstrating a high level of patience, calmness and positivity in the workplace
- Assists with training of all new team members
- Demonstrates excellent work ethic with schedule flexibility determined by the business needs
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Outstanding communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Oversee day to day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and generate regular reports for upper management.
- Set policies and processes
- Ensures employees work productively and develop professionally
- Supervise the recruitment and training of new employees while overseeing the employee assessment process.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Ensures, through Management and Staff that the client inventory levels are adequately stocked and maintained
- Ensures, through Inventory Control Manager that consumable and non-consumable goods are ordered, correctly stored, and issued to the various routes correctly
- Ensures, through Inventory Control Manger that regular stock-takes are conducted and inventoried against established, Facility-specific, par levels
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check & have a driver’s license with a good driving record.
