Job Description


We are looking for a rock star who is a great team player and has a strong desire to succeed and help grow the business. We take customer service very seriously. Qualified candidates must be TEAM PLAYERS, self-motivated, driven and achievement focused. Candidate will oversee the accounting function for multiple businesses.

Hours: 45+ per week.

PTO Days: 10 days per year

Compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 per year

Start Date: Immediately


Paid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Compilation of accurate monthly financial statements.
• General ledger control.
• Perform bi-monthly payroll processes including new hire paperwork, administration of benefits, and payroll filings.
• Prepare and email invoices to customers.
• Filing of sales tax returns
• Inventory control Receive inventory into Quickbooks and perform periodic cycle counts.
• Reconciliation of checking accounts, credit cards and loans.
• Monitor A/P & A/R including collection of past due invoices.
• Provide great service to customers.
• Cash flow analysis

Requirements

• Great work ethic
• Excellent with QuickBooks Online
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Great communication skills
• Must be a TEAM PLAYER
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage the books for multiple entities
