Salary: Hourly DOE

We offer our Analysts greater autonomy in individualizing assessment and treatment for clients, accepting clients that best fit their experience and expertise, and determining their own schedule/caseload. Additional support is also available to all analysts through our team of knowledgeable Directors. In addition to greater autonomy, ABA Solutions offers excellent opportunities for advancement. 


Applicant Requirements/Job Duties:

  • Must be Board Certified (BCBA) to be considered.
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior plans
  • Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals
  • Analyze and graph data weekly
  • Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
  • Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for registered behavior technicians and keep record of supervision (3 years of experience)
  • Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements
  • Complete billing bi-weekly
