This is an open recruitment for a Civil Design Manager.

The Sr. Civil Engineer position is responsible for the plan, design and direction of civil engineering projects. Incumbent in this position has obtained his/her license as a Professional Engineer (PE). Desired Competencies include: supervisory skills, strategic project management skills, ability to market services and bring in clients and has previously demonstrated the ability to plan, communicate and execute solid performance alone or in leading a team of Engineers. Ideal candidate should be a motivated, hands-on Engineer who can work both independently and collaboratively to meet time sensitive deadlines. The successful candidate adheres to company policy, works well with others and is a motivated, self-starter who can work on multiple tasks and priorities within a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor and Master degrees in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. Five to seven years of progressive experience in managing projects and employees.
  2. Proficient use of CAD software.
  3. Professional Engineers license.
