Residential Care Facility (RCF) Professional

First Resources Corp. of Keosauqua is looking for a Full-time RCF (Residential Care Facility) Professional.

Responsible for working directly with individuals served at assigned site(s) and providing personal assistance and supervision required for individuals served to improve and maintain quality of life as outlined in individual program plan. Responsible for actively supporting individuals in all aspects of service provision in their homes and communities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance.
• Satisfactory results on background check.
