Fence Crew Foreman

We are seeking a Fence Crew Foreman to join our team! $25/hr and up depending on experience. You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers. Benefits offered after a probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities and expectations
• Delegate assignments to the crew
• Ensure everyone is performing in a safe and efficient manner

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a foreman to a fence installation crew of all types of commercial fence and automated gates.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Knowledge of production tools, equipment, and the ability to interpret plans and specifications
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and work ethic
• The ability to handle a very physical job that takes place outside in all types of elements
• Self-motivated and able to work both individually and with a team
