Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a background in construction, cabinet making, or woodworking? Our client, a prominent player in the cabinet and wood industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Cabinet/Wood Industry
Location: Mesa, AZ *WFH* | ****Must be an Arizona Resident open to commuting to Mesa, AZ as needed*****
Salary: $18.50 - $20.00/hourly
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone and email.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize knowledge of construction, cabinet making, and woodworking to provide specialized support to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge of construction, cabinet making, or woodworking processes and terminology OR construction industry *REQUIRED*
Job stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED*
Strong Customer Service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
On-boarding Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
