- Oversee daily operations of the Center Harbor Inn, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest services and adherence to quality standards.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals, including budget management, revenue optimization, and cost control.

- Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and a culture of teamwork and exemplary customer service.

- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing improvements to services and facilities.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain the property in excellent condition through regular maintenance and inspections.

- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, or enhanced competitive positioning.

- Prepare regular reports on financial performance, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction for the property owners or corporate management.

- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

- Handle escalated guest issues and crisis situations with professionalism

Requirements:

- Preferred bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field

- 3 - 5 years of experience in resort / retail management or a similar role in the hospitality industry

- Proven track record of managing a team successfully

- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability

- Familiarity with industry standard software and reservation systems

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to the hospitality industry

- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage with guests, staff, and external stakeholders

- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by resort operations

- Capacity to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure

-Pay Range $60,000 - $70,000
