Job DescriptionCompany Description
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator for a highly regarded client in Fort Worth, TX. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting all HR administration-related activities, including payroll and benefits administration, new employee onboarding, and recruiting. Qualified candidates will have at least 1-2 years of general HR administration experience. This is an exciting long term contract opportunity with a growing client that offers great benefits, long-term stability and growth potential, and more!
Requirements for the HR Admin:
- 1 to 2 years of general HR administration experience, including payroll and benefits administration, new employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, training support, employee events, office and facilities administration
- High school diploma or equivalent required; or Associates degree in Business, Human Resources or similar, preferred
- Payroll processing experience is required
- Recruitment background is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work on-site and remote 1 day/week
Compensation for the HR Admin:
- Long Term Contract
- Location: Fort Worth, TX (Remote 1 day/week)
- Pay: $23-25/hour
- Schedule: Flexible - Monday through Friday | 8hr shift between 7am - 6pm **Work from home 1 day per week**
- Benefits through CornerStone
