Job Description
Synergy Labor Solutions is currently seeking Mechanical Workers in Williamsport, MD, and Hagerstown, MD. Working a minimum of 40 hours per week or even up to 7-12’s if required.
Flexibility with varying work environments, whether it's clean or involves a bit of grime. Also open to night shifts, if necessary, although it's not a common occurrence. Our jobs may require working both indoors and outdoors, irrespective of the weather, as it's not a strictly shop-based setting. Only considering local applicants (no per diem available)
Job openings and corresponding pay rates are as follows:
- Millwright: $30/hour - Responsibilities include setting up machines, rigging, and light welding.
- Pipefitter: $30/hour - Tasks involve fitting pipes and assisting in fabrication to support welders.
- Mechanic: $28/hour - Duties encompass working on conveyors, steel bolting, rigging, and related tasks.
