Job Description
We are seeking multiple experienced Accounts Payable Specialists! Monday- Friday, 8a to 5p, IN OFFICE only. $21-$24/hour dependent upon experience! Submit your resume here or directly to us at jobs@bgtstaffing.com!
Duties include:
· Enter and pay invoices, and deposit and post incoming payments.
· Prepare and maintain a cash report each day for management to make financial decisions.
· Responsible for getting commission checks out each month.
· Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
· Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
· Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
