Job Description

As a House of JBabys teacher, you will plan lessons and instruct children in activities designed to promote social, emotional, physical, as well as intellectual growth and development. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. You will also promote and participate in all preschool functions, communicate with, and develop positive relationships with all family members. Our goal is to contribute to healthy physical and emotional development to prepare them for their next level of education.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for organization and adherence to a daily schedule
Communicate in a friendly, professional manner with parents, staff, and management
Maintain a welcoming, upbeat, positive atmosphere in classroom
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the classroom at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have Child Care Training certificate or begin Introductory Child Care Training within 90 days of employment
Must be able to meet state background check requirements
Bilingual a plus
