Medical Payment Poster On-site - Part-time

Description:

- Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials in the billing system.

- Ensure proper allocation of payments and adjustments to appropriate accounts.

- Identify and resolve posting discrepancies and billing issues, working closely with other departments as needed.

- Review and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice to identify payment discrepancies.

- Collaborate with insurance companies, payers, and other stakeholders to resolve payment and reimbursement issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Familiarity with insurance EOBs and denial management processes

- In-depth knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and revenue cycle workflows.
