Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Dual Diagnosis treatment center specializing in serving veterans and individuals with trauma-related conditions. As the CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Lead efforts to expand services, enhance program offerings, and reach new client populations.
- Establish partnerships with other healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations to support the center's mission.

2. Clinical Oversight:
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and maintain high-quality treatment programs.
- Monitor program outcomes, client satisfaction, and clinical effectiveness.
- Stay updated on best practices, evidence-based treatments, and industry trends related to dual diagnosis and trauma care.

3. Staff Development and Management:
- Recruit, train, and retain a skilled and diverse workforce.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members to promote professional growth and excellence in service delivery.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and evaluations to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of executive leadership experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, with a focus on dual diagnosis and trauma care.
- Strong knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment principles, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and lead organizational change initiatives.
